Convenient payment options

Invoices for Pre-School fees are raised and are payable every half term. We accept payment by online bank transfers and through childcare vouchers (both under the old scheme and the new tax free childcare scheme that has recently been introduced).

Bank Transfers

Please contact the Pre-School to arrange bank transfers or obtain our bank account details.

Remember to include your child's name as the reference with any bank transfer.

Childcare Vouchers

We accept payment through various childcare voucher schemes. Please find our account details for the specific schemes below:

Tax Free Childcare

We are registered as a provider for the new government scheme. When accessing the childcare service, add St James Pre-School using our postcode (N10 3BG) for easy search.

Voluntary Contributions

All donations, regardless of size, greatly impact our facilities and resources. They enable us to provide:

  • competitive staff salaries for our amazing dedicated and qualified staff

  • a well stocked store room of essential supplies

  • good quality learning and teaching resources

  • funding for important classroom and garden projects like the replacement of the climbing frame and rebuilding of our sandpit.

Gift Aid

For UK taxpayers, we ask new parents to complete a gift aid declaration form. This allows us to claim an additional 25% on Voluntary Contributions and select donations from fundraising activities, which makes a significant difference to the Pre-School's funding.
